By accessing or using GetYourCV (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Using the service

GetYourCV lets you build, customise, and download a CV using our templates and AI-assisted tools. The Service is provided free of charge. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the Service or access other users' data.

Your content

You own the content you enter into your CV (your work history, skills, and similar details). We only use it to generate your preview and PDF, and to provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-assisted content

Some features use AI to suggest wording, correct spelling, or tailor your CV to a job description. Suggestions are provided for convenience — you're responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of anything you include in your final CV.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you do create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GetYourCV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
