Our story

A Simple Idea

Back in 2019, GetYourCV started with the most basic solution possible: a handful of clean, professional CV templates for Microsoft Word. That was it. No AI, no fancy features — just well-designed formats that anyone could download, customize, and use without wrestling with document formatting.

It wasn't revolutionary, but it worked. And people needed it.

The Evolution

As we listened to our users, patterns emerged. Microsoft Word was causing more problems than it solved — broken formatting, compatibility issues, and resumes rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems before reaching human eyes. So we built an online CV builder that just worked.
